Designed for transportation of loosened rocks on technological haul roads at open-pit mining sites under different climatic conditions. These trucks can be used in construction of large industrial structures and hydraulic facilities, in construction of highway systems as well as in technological departments of the enterprises of processing industry. Depending on relative density of the transported materials maximal efficiency is achieved during operation with excavators and loaders with the following bucket capacity: 4 — 8 m³.

In the design of a new modification of dump truck BELAZ-7540K with payload capacity of 30 tonnes new technical solutions are applied for a variety of units, power components and systems using modern components that ensure high technical level of the vehicle.

The truck is powered by efficient diesel engine with electronically controlled fuel injection, power of 298 kW (400 hp), meeting the requirements of environmental TIER III and Stage 3A standards, with central impeller, improved cooling system and air cleaning. The truck is equipped with new guarding rails and cab with improved design and comfort for the driver.

There is also a possibility for optional installaion of the following systems:

• Electric heated mirrors

The first batch of mining dump trucks BELAZ-7540K has already been manufactured and shipped to the consumer.
